Key Responsibilities

• Engaging with customers / internal stakeholders to identify how we can solve SMB financial challenges through software, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure successful execution.
• Be responsible for full software development lifecycle as we deliver on the product roadmap — design, development, testing, operating in production
• Continuously refine our engineering processes, tools, and systems to scale the codebase, boost productivity, and grow the team.

Qualifications

• Strong fluency in TypeScript/React, with understanding of Node.js / Express preferred
• Experience at an early stage hypergrowth startup.
• A hands-on engineer who turns ideas into results.
• Has built beautiful, complex products before.
• Can understand what it takes to architect end-to-end solutions for entire products.
• A high ownership, do what it takes mentality, that doesn’t see a job as “just a job”
