As an SDR, you're the first voice these business owners hear, telling someone who has never had a great financial product that one finally exists, and that it was built for them.
This is a high-velocity, high-ownership role for someone who finds energy in the hunt and meaning in the mission.

Key Responsibilities
- Own outbound prospecting end-to-end: cold calls (hundreds a day), email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, and creative channel experiments
- Build and refine your own lead lists targeting SMB owners, pharmacies, and veterinary practices
- Attend trade shows and field events to generate pipeline in person
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and hand off sales-ready opportunities to Account Executives
- Think strategically about your book of business. Don't just dial for volume, build playbooks that actually work
- Track activity and pipeline rigorously in HubSpot
- Surface customer and prospect feedback to product and marketing teams
- Go beyond the playbook. Own your results and contribute ideas wherever you see opportunity

Qualifications
- At least 1 year of quota-carrying sales experience in a full-cycle closing role, with proven strength in prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication. Your emails must be crisp, clear, and compelling
- High ownership mindset: you don't wait for warm leads or a script
