About This Role
Small business owners don't have a CFO, a finance team, or an analyst they can call. For most of them, managing money is something that happens late at night, between everything else that actually runs their business.
Your job is to make sure every customer gets the full value of what Affiniti offers, deepening product adoption, expanding relationships, and keeping churn off the table before it's ever a conversation. You'll need enough financial fluency to get into the weeds when something breaks or a report doesn't look right, and enough commercial instinct to spot an expansion opportunity in the middle of a support call.
As the face of our platform to the customers who depend on it, you'll build the kind of relationships where you know their business almost as well as they do.
