As Affiniti's first dedicated office manager, you'll be the connective tissue across our offices in New York, Toronto, and Vancouver. The energy people feel walking in on a Monday morning, the seamlessness of a high-stakes customer visit, the small details that make a workplace feel genuinely alive rather than just functional. That's yours to own.
This is one of the most cross-functional roles at the company. You'll touch operations, culture, logistics, and people, often all before lunch.

Key Responsibilities
- Run day-to-day operations across all three offices. Keep spaces stocked, functional, and set up in a way that reflects who we are as a company.
- Manage vendors, office budgets, and supply relationships. Keep costs sensible without cutting corners on the things that matter.
- Own every office visit end to end. From logistics and scheduling to the moment they walk out the door, make it an experience they remember.
- Plan and execute team events, offsites, celebrations, and culture moments that bring together a fast-growing team across multiple cities.
- Be the pulse of team morale. Notice when energy is low, proactively find ways to keep people motivated, and make Affiniti a place people genuinely want to show up to.
- Support onboarding for new hires across all offices. Make sure every new person's first week feels intentional, warm, and set up for success.

Qualifications
- You make things feel special without being asked. A great event, a thoughtful detail, a well-timed team lunch, you just get it.
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented. You manage many moving pieces at once and nothing falls through the cracks.
- A natural communicator who can coordinate across time zones and offices without things getting lost in translation.
- Experience at a fast-moving startup or high-growth company. You are comfortable operating with ambiguity and making good judgment calls without a playbook.
- A high-ownership, do-what-it-takes mentality. You treat the office and the team as yours, and you take real pride in both.
