You're the person responsible for making sure business owners across the country know something fundamentally better exists, and for pulling every lever available to get them on the platform. That means owning ads, email, events, and direct outreach, collaborating tightly with sales, and stepping in to close when the moment calls for it.
This role demands someone who treats marketing like a science, moves with urgency, and holds themselves accountable to revenue outcomes, not just campaign metrics. One week you're launching a paid channel from scratch. The next you're at a conference, working the room. If you want a defined lane and a predictable playbook, this isn't it. If you want full ownership of what you build and the chance to scale something that genuinely matters to the people it serves, this is the role.

Key Responsibilities
- Own paid advertising end-to-end: strategy, copy, creative, targeting, and optimization across channels. You set up the campaigns, analyze what's working, and scale aggressively.
- Build and run high-performing email programs, including outbound sequences, nurture campaigns, and lifecycle flows. Treat every variable as something worth testing.
- Plan and execute events, from conference presence to hosted roundtables, coordinating logistics, collateral, and follow-up to convert attendance into pipeline.
- Partner closely with sales and account executives to align messaging, share signal from campaigns, and ensure smooth handoffs. When no one is available to take a warm lead, you take it yourself.
- Develop and execute growth experiments across a full channel mix: lead generation, direct mail, paid ads, conferences, association marketing, and more. Test relentlessly, cut what doesn't work, and scale what does.
- Own experiments end to end: building the leads list, writing the copy, creating the collateral, launching the sequence, and following it through to completion. No waiting on others.
- Carry a quota and be held accountable for outcomes. Partner with the broader growth team to consistently deliver at least 40% month-over-month revenue growth and new customers on platform.
- Operate as a genuine owner of growth systems: CRM management, A/B testing infrastructure, marketing analytics, and whatever else the business needs to move faster.
- Wear many hats without complaint. One week might be a new product launch, the next is standing up outbound infrastructure for a channel we've never used. This is intentionally unstructured.
- These responsibilities are just the beginning. We want someone who spots gaps and fills them.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a quota-carrying, full-cycle growth role, with demonstrated strength in lead generation, experimentation, and closing.
- Demonstrated success scaling revenue into the multi-eight-figure range.
- Technically fluent, with experience setting up analytics (e.g. GA), building automated email systems, and managing advanced marketing workflows.
